  Securely pack your items in their original jewelry boxes and include the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
